Deck I created because I fell in love with Plasma Leafeon lol. The attack is just so good for a single energy.
Setup your Eevees and Mewtwos early on with Emolga and Victini EX. The fact that for a single Fire Energy, Victini can set up 2 separate Eevees, the deck just goes so fast.

Nice Deck! You should add in another Max Potion, in place of your Escape Rope or one of your Colress, 'cause healing off a lone Night Spear (if they didn't play Laser), can win games. So can healing off Thundurus EX's Raiden Knuckle, especially if it attaches a DCE to their bench.

I assume the Battle Cities are to get rid of Virbank. You may also want a single Umbreon and/or Glaceon. The basic Victini that does 100 for 2 with a full bench is another option.

Max Potion is really good in this deck, since most of my Pokemon only need a single energy to go ham.
Yeah, Battle City is just a counter-stadium.
