Okay since time spriral says "put highest stage evolution in deck" and then you with maxie and aggaron would
1)Go into the deck
2)Draw a prize

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I don't understand your question very well. If you are asking if you can use Time Spiral to put a Team Magma's Aggron which was retrieved by Maxie back into the deck, then the answer is "no". Maxie says to treat the card it retrieved as if it were a Basic Pokemon, and Lileep's Time Spiral only works on evolved Pokemon.
