This thread is intended to become a useful resource to those looking for disruption cards. Maybe i'll get lucky and get a guru point, lol. But seriously, it's not only for my own benefit. I will update this thread manicly after every couple posts.

    Hand Disruption:
Judge; (Supporter) Both you and your opponent shuffle your hands into your decks and each draw 4 cards. Useful because not only is it hand refresh, but you can ruin opponent's plans (for example; if they are trying to drop a Relicanth SV and a fighting energy at the right time and you Judge, their plan is ruined).

Giratina PL; (Pokemon) Giratina's Poke-Power is essentially a Judge, although it is a power. Shuffle both hands and draw 4 each.

Weavile UD; (Pokemon) Once during your turn, when Weavile is evolved from Sneasel, you may look at your opponent's hand and discard a card from their hand.

Cyrus' Initiative; (Supporter) Flip 2 coins, for every heads, look at your opponents hand and put one card on the bottom of his/her deck

Gengar Prime; (Pokemon) Hurl into Darkness attack puts 1 Pokemon in your lost zone for each psychic energy attached to Gengar. Gengar's Poke-Body states that if you knock out a pokemon, then it is lost zoned as long as Gengar prime is active.

Spiritomb TM; (Pokemon) When you put Spiritomb from your hand to your bench, it allows you to have your opponent shuffle their hand into their deck and draw 6 cards.

    Deck Disruption:

Chatot G (Pokemon); Chatot G's Poke-Power allows you to look at the top 4 cards of your opponent's deck, and rearrange them in any order that you wish. Only a one time use though, has a coming into play power.

Slowking (Pokemon); Slowking's Poke-Power allows you to look at the top 3 cards of your opponent's deck and rearrange them in any order, once during your turn.

    Trainer Lock:

Vileplume UD; (Pokemon) When Vileplume is in play, neither player can play trainer cards. Incredibly useful in decks that focus and build around the thoery of trainerlock.

Spiritomb AR; (Pokemon) When Spiritomb is active, neither player can play trainer cards.

Dialga G's attack Deafen; (Pokemon) 10 damage. Your opponent cannot play any trainer or stadium cards on his/her next turn.

    Power Lock:

Mesprit LA (Pokemon); One time use Poke Power coming into play effect. Your opponent cannot play Poke Powers next turn,

Power Spray; (Trainer) Team Galactic Inventionwhich requires at least 3 SP Pokemon in play to use. You may deny your opponent a power when you use it on their turn.

Glaceon Lv X; (Pokemon) Glaceon's Poke Body says that as long as Glaceon Lv X is active, your opponent cannot use ANY Poke-Powers.

On the subject of Chatot G, a card that I found to have been immensely vital to topdeck discard and disruption is Slowking in HGSS.

And Gengar Prime and Dusknoir DP-Promo also disrupt the opponents hand in a way by lost zone-ing or shuffling back Pokémon from the opponents hand.
Power Lock: Power Spray definitely needs to be in here
