Looking For Ex Cards?

Not sure why you want cards that are not in the current format?
Plus who knows when the game will just drop all of the older HeartGold/SoulSilver stuff from the game.
Not to be rude, but I kinda doubt anybody would give you a Prime for any of those cards.
Especially the promo cards, since they are pretty easy to get (you can still buy the tins).
This really is not the place to ask for trades, maybe try the actual TCGO boards (on the game itself).
