Looking to restart collection

Where would you recommend I start to start a whole new collection.

A lot of stuff on ebay... would you recommend I start with any of these?

Asides that this is the wrong forum to post, if you're planning to restart, buy things that note Diamond & Pearl.

Helpful tip, buy complete base sets or master sets if you plan to collect. Several of us on the PokeGym, including myself, sell complete sets.
