Lost ability or strategy guide error?

I was reviewing the abilities in the Ru/Sa Guide and there was "SAND STREAM" which is an automatic sandstorm supposedly, yet no pokemon has it... was this an error or does jirachi or deoxys have it?

sandshrew has the ability to create automatic sandstorms i battled one in the dessert near laviridge town

um, no it doesn't. that area is always sandstorming.

just to back up invisible, try searching in the ash covered grass outside Fallarbor. There are Sandshrews there to help verify.

I personally like Canea/cacturn. the only non metal/rock/ground type to use sandstorm without taking damage, thanx to Sand veil.

I can wait for a 2 on 2 battle where I can use Ttar and Cacturn holding a bright powder. once released fro balls, without a single attack, you will have started a sandstorm, and Cacturn will have 2 evasive level ups

I noticed the same thing with a move called "Camoflauge." NO Pokemon can learn it at all!
