Hello, I am new to being a Professor, however I have been playing the Pokemon TCG since the very beginning, with breaks here and there. I have searched the forums for a ruling on this question, but I can't seem to find it, so I apologize in advance if I missed it.
If Lugia EX (Plasma Storm) KOs Wobbuffet (Phantom Forces), does Wobbuffet's Bide Barricade block Lugia's overflow?
I am assuming since Wobbuffet would be KO'ed before Lugia's ability would take place, Lugia's ability would still activate, is this correct?
Lugia EX (Plasma Storm) Overflow: If your opponent's Pokemon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack of this Pokemon, take 1 more prize card.
Wobbuffet (Phantom Forces) Bide Barricade: As long as this Pokemon is your active Pokemon, each Pokemon in play, in each player's hand, and in each player's discard has no abilities (except Psychic Pokemon)
