    I don't know if this'll work, but here it goes:

    14 pokemon
    =========
    3 roselia
    3 latios ex
    3 magnemite
    3 magneton
    2 dunsparce

    20 energy
    =======
    13 grass
    6 lightning
    1 boost

    26 trainers
    ========
    3 switch
    3 TV reporters
    3 copycat
    3 potion
    2 oak's research
    2 moo moo milk
    2 nurse
    2 low pressure system
    2 mr. briney's compassion
    2 strenght charm
    1 town volunteers
    1 fishman

    This deck is to start with roselia and use speed growth, until it's koed, to quickly attach up to 2 grass energy to latios ex so that it'll be powered up by turn 2. That's why the deck has lots of grass energy. Not only speed growth can power up latios but it also helps magneton's attack do more damage. Magneton's pokepower can get back the energy cards discarded by latios so that I can easily use speed growth on latios again. Low pressure system lets roselia and magneton stay out longer, this allows roselia to use speed growth a few more times before it gets koed. So basically latios is the biggest attacker, followed by magneton when there's a low hp pokemon that I don't think it's worth to use latio's luster purge. Boost energy lets magneton to do 30 extra damage (like a super plus power). The challenge is to have at least 2 grass energy in my hand every turn to use speed growth.

    Since you are running Magneton, I would consider changing TV Reporter to Jugglers. Cab get 2 more cards, and you can fish energy back with Ton.... Also not sure on the usefullness of the lone Fisherman?

    ok, i'll take out the TV reporters for juggler. i'll also drop the lone fisherman and put seer in. I haven't playtested this deck yet because I'm still collecting the cards needed for my deck.

    Seer isn't that great, I think if you just play Birch or more Oak's Research, you get a new or improved hand + 1 or 2 energy that'll find their way into the hand.

    I don't really know what else to say about this.... good luck with it.

    seer was more question than suggestion, but it does have it's advantages over copycat etc...in that there are times you want to keep a card /combo in your hand no?

    Here's the updated version:

    14 pokemon
    =========
    3 roselia
    3 latios ex
    3 magnemite
    3 magneton
    2 dunsparce

    20 energy
    =======
    13 grass
    6 lightning
    1 boost

    26 trainers
    ========
    3 switch
    3 juggler
    3 copycat
    3 potion
    2 oak's research
    2 moo moo milk
    2 nurse
    2 low pressure system
    2 mr. briney's compassion
    2 strenght charm
    1 town volunteers
    1 birch?? or +1 to oak's research?

    Should I use elm's training method/fast ball to get magneton out faster?

    As I've already stated, boost energy is like a triple plus power for magneton to do more damage. Magneton's attack says that it does 10 times the amount of energy so boost will give an extra 30 damage, along with strenght charm, it'll make 40 extra surprising damage.

    I was thinking about wobuffet too. I'll drop dunsparce then. :) thanks.

    mm, Switch Latios for Latias, Discard 2 is better than discarding 3, and you can fish them back.

    One thing I noticed is that you have way too many trainers. Drop Research
    Mr.Briny nurse, and Moo-Moo Milk. Fill the places with a Harvest Bounty Venasaur line

    I didn't think that Strength Charm was allowed in modified?

    If this deck is meant for unlimited, then it will likely go down quickly to the old haymakers.

    Strength Charm's fine for Modified. Not popular, probably because it can't be cumulative, but allowed.

    Thank you Dkates, my mistake.

    Maybe I'll find a place for the charm in my modified deck :)

    I don't like the venusaur line because roselia can do a similar thing.
