Yes, participation prizes are always from the most recent set. So in this case they will be from Unseen Forces.

I do not allow the holographic fronts on sleeves for tournaments here. They make it more difficult for the players to read the cards and can possibly lead to confusion. Also, the POP Floor Rules also state that they cannot be used.
