Manectric Question.

I have a manectric (PLT) with 6 damage active and a uxie on my bench and my Opponent has a Kingdra (LA) active and uses dragon pump and discards 2 energy to do 60 and 20 to my bench..

my question is:

Does My bench pokemon get hurt since Manectric is Getting koed while active or manectric's Body protects my bench?


Manectric

body: Electric Barrier : Prevent All Damage done to your bench Pokemon (Excluding any manectric) by attacks


and if manectric is active and he uses his attack Power Wave and I have a Uxie (LA) Benched does Uxie take the 30 damage from manectrics attack?

this attack Does 30 damage to each pokemon that has pokepowers (both yours and your opponent's)
