M beedrill-exs attack hazzard stinger says "Discard all Energy attached to this Pokémon. Your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed and Poisoned. Put 4 damage counters instead of 1 on that Pokémon between turns."
My question is, can i play Pokemon Ranger "remove all effects of attack on each player and his or her pokemon" to remove the 4 damage counters from poison and go back to the normal 1?
