    Here's a thought I had... seems like it could be fun. Any suggestions?

    23 Pokemon 14 Basic/9 Stage 1

    Rough Skin
    3 Carvanha
    3 Sharpedo

    Fire Veil
    4 Growlithe
    3 Arcanine

    Poison Payback
    4 Cacnea
    3 Cacturne

    3 Dunsparce

    19 Trainers
    3 Prof Elm's Training Method
    3 Desert Shaman
    3 Birch
    3 MultiTechnical Machine
    3 Briney's Compassion
    2 Crystal Shard
    1 Mirage Stadium
    1 Town Volenteers

    17 Energy
    9 Fire
    5 Water
    3 Darkness

    Strategy:
    Use Fire Veil and Poison Payback to deal damage to the attackers (secondarily rough skin) at least they pay for OHKO.
    Use Mirage and MT Machine to freeze them in place.
    140 vs. fire w/ Sharpedo dark discard. 120 vs. Metal/grass w/ Arky. Crystal Shard 140/120 vs. Colorless
    Force things up from the bench with Cacturne (no hiding and not attacking).

    Steve P posted a version of this deck which he coined "bite back" a while back. It was a good thread worth looking for. BTW I like warp in this deck.

    Why warp? I was thinking that I'd try to lock the defender in... Can you show me how it would work?

    I'll look for bite back, too.

    why not cyclones for the pokmone on the bench that are damaged they will be knocked out on your next attck
