This is the deck I'm thinking of playing for BR. It seems pretty good right now but I want to know if anything more can be done to make it better. Here's the list:

    4x Totodile DF
    2x Croconaw DF
    4x Feraligatr DF
    3x Chikorita DF
    2x Bayleef DF
    3x Meganium DF
    4x Holon's Castform HP
    1x Rayquaza ex DF

    4x Rare Candy
    4x Holon Mentor
    4x Celio's Network
    2x Windstorm
    2x Holon Adventurer
    1x Copy Cat
    1x Castaway
    1x Crystal Shard
    1x Night Maintenance
    1x Warp Point

    7x Lightning
    4x d Rainbow
    3x Double Rainbow
    2x Scramble

Strategy: Use Meg to set up multiple Gatrs to increase the damage of whatever attack is best for the situation. Both Gatr and Meg are good attackers.

Nice list.. here are some suggestions:

    POKEMON 20

    4x Totodile MT
    2x Croconaw MT
    4x Feraligatr DF

    3x Chikorita MT
    2x Bayleef MT
    3x Meganium DF
    1x Meganium MT

    1x Rayquaza ex DF

    TRAINERS 24

    3x Bill's Maintenance
    2x Rowan/ Team Galactic Wager
    1x Copy Cat
    2x Holon Mentor
    3x Celio's Network
    2x Castaway
    1x Crystal Shard
    1x Buffer Piece
    1x Night Maintenance
    1x Warp Point
    4x Rare Candy
    3x Windstorm

    ENERGY 16

    7x Lightning
    4x d Rainbow
    3x Double Rainbow
    2x Scramble

    Explanations:

Well, with using the Meganium d, You definitely dont need to MAX out on Celio's or Mentor.. this opens some room for more draw. You dont have much so it will be difficult to cycle the deck! I know you planned on using the Holon Castform, but with the Mirror match, your a gonner so it really isnt need much in here IMHO!

Switching your Pre-Evo lines to the MT versions allow non energy attackers s oyou can have a bit of freedom on where to place that first nrg card based on your opening hand! With Meganium, the MT Bayleef is DEFINITELY the way to go as it "Sets up" your next turn Meg d absolutely for a C energy! MT Croconaw is also great as its power allows you to grab ANY ENERGY from the top 5 cards... this is nice as it grabs the DRE for you to either allow it to attack or to attach to a Meganium and start doin the Reduction!!

The MT Meg is fro Status and all the Ape decks running around.. and dont forget about Magmortar!! that Sniping for 100 is reduced to 70 so it can allow some protection for the Bench!

Most everything else is self expplanatory! Buffer Piece can just prolong a Meg from being KOed for a turn.. Nice deck and GL!!

i was thinking about making a deck like this if i can get the cards.

IMO you should find room for a 1-1 cloyster d
and you might want more than 2 windstorms if there are a lot of ces. crystals where you play.

MrMeches- I really like those fixes but I don't like the idea of not having a starter in here. I think I'll go with Tauros CG, at least until the new Stantler is released in DP3.
Here is what the list looks like now:

    4x Totodile MT
    2x Croconaw MT
    4x Feraligatr DF
    3x Chikorita MT
    2x Bayleef MT
    3x Meganium DF
    4x Tauros CG
    1x Rayquaza ex DF

    4x Rare Candy
    3x Celio's Network
    2x Holon Mentor
    3x Steven's Advice
    2x Copy Cat
    1x Bill's Maintenance
    2x Windstorm
    1x Castaway
    1x Crystal Shard
    1x Night Maintenance
    1x Warp Point

    7x Lightning
    4x d Rainbow
    3x Double Rainbow
    2x Scramble
