Missing Sinnoh dex entry?

Hiya guys. My bro is struggling on Diamond with a missing Sinnoh dex entry. It is number 114, and he has been trying hard to find it with no avail. So, if you can help, my brother would appreciate it. Thanks!

Well, just look at what 2 Pokemon are between it, and you might be able to tell.

That's the most common missed out entry. I had them all but Drifloon in two days on a Saturday, so had to wait 6 days for Drifloon to appear!
