    Thursday
I got to the airport early. Unfortunately, DS was red, and no way for me to charge, so killing time was kinda difficult. Bolt arrived an hour before our flight, talked a bit, boarded the plane, and headed to Orlando. Dropped stuff off, went to play area to meet up with people. I asked Chad what the play would be for grinder, he said GG, and I asked Bolt to lend me GG. Played like 2 games with it, and went to sleep afterwards, despite never playing GG this season.

    Friday
Got up at 0530, headed to play area, saw some people, and we decided to start lining up. After a long wait, I finally registered, and waited a while again. Found out it was in 2 flights, and I was in yellow flight.

    Round 1
    Honchkrow/Absol/Ambipom
He got quick multiple cessations while he crippled my hand. I managed to topdeck a Windstorm, and Gallade swept the game
    1-0

    Round 2
    Toxicroak/Weezing
I got a quick Gardy while he couldn't set up.
    2-0

    Round 3
    Togekiss/Magmortar
He started with T2 Magmortar and T3 Togiplane. 2 of my Ralts were prized, and I hardly could come back. But when he failed to lock in the Beach, my Gallade(s) managed to tie the game. His last Beach and Magmortar were prized so he couldn't do anything.
    3-0

    Round 4
    Swampert/Palkia/Mantine
I got a quick Gardy as his deck relied too much on powers and proceeded to lock him every turn.
    4-0

    Round 5
    Johnny Blaze - Empozong
I got a T1 Gardy with Call and won the T1 Wager. He couldn't draw anything due to that.
    5-0

    Round 6
    Brent S. - Gardy Mirror
It was a close game. We kept locking each other, Psychic Cutting each other, and it was down to 1 prize for the two of us. I managed to force him to send up a Claydol, and he needed both the DRE and the Warp to win, but he couldn't get it.
    6-0

    Round 7
    Jim Roll - Empozong
I forced him to keep only 3 Pokemon on his bench, and got quick Gardy Gallades while he misplayed on forgetting what was prized. I was down to 1 prize while he was down to 3, and I managed to take it with Bring Down.
    7-0

I was the only undefeated in the yellow flight at this time so I know I have to play down.

    Round 8
    Robert Ector - Banette/Scizor
He tried to lock the Beach but I managed to counter it every time, and kept Bringing Down the Shuppets while letting the Scizor hit me for 80. Gallade kept one shotting the Scizor once the Shuppets were gone.
    8-0

Woo, first seed. Got my competitor stuff, got dinner with Kevin, and decided to go back to bed early. Unfortunately, some idiot in the hotel room decided to make noise and eat chips at 0300...though I did get more sleep.

    Saturday
Got up early with Christian, filled out deck lists, and I registered my list. I hung out with more people, while waiting for the opening ceremony.

    Round 1
    Pooka - RG
He couldn't get a good opening hand, while I got a quick Gardevoir Gallade.
    1-0

    Round 2
    Gardy Gallade mirror
I mulliganed four times and started with a lone Ralts. He got the T2 Gardy DRE.
    1-1

    Round 3
Malcolm (Canada) - Gardy Gallade mirror
He got a uber quick set up against my basics. By the time I got out a Gallade with Scramble, he was way too ahead of me.
    1-2

    Round 4
    EmpoZong
He barely got out the Piplups and I got an early set up.
    2-2

    Round 5
    Kyle Sabelhaus - GG Mirror
I couldn't get basics out so he Brought Down my Gardy X.
    2-3

    Round 6
Ming Yong (New Zealand) - GG Mirror
We both got out early Gardy but he kept whiffing once I KO'd his Gardy.
    3-3

    Round 7
    Sceptile/Leafeon
She started with Shuckle so I had to KO it with a Gardy with 3 Psychics attached. I decided to sacrifice a Gardy to set up a Gallade with Cessation on it. With the Cessation in play, her Sceptile couldn't do anything.
    4-3

I came 4-3 which is the lowest record to get into T32. Standings were posted, I came 61st. Oh well. At least I got to play in Worlds.

I decided to go swimming with once Mikey let me borrow his trunks. Got back to the hotel room once they closed off the pool, and played Melee till 0600.

    Sunday
I decided to hang out a bit, played in one prerelease to see what I get. Watched the T4 games, hung out some more, watched the ending ceremony. Participated in Tyler's Uno tournament afterwards till late.

    Props
Chad suggesting I play GG and I got 8-0 with it
Bolt for lending me the GG
Everybody who supported me in the Grinder
Mikey for lending me his spare trunks so I could go swimming
The Uno tournament for being so intense
Everybody I know who did so well in Worlds
    Ness for winning worlds again
    Bianchi for the ride

    Slops
That kid we didn't know who was really annoying
Not winning the UNO made out of lego
Losing my pink pen after round 8

    More will be added later
