I am in need of advice for my first and second cities, and I would like your feedback to help me get these decks into tip top shape, as well as to help me decide which one to use for Cities. All fixes and criticisms appreicated!

Lucario/Blissey

Pokemon: 16
3 Chansey
4 Blissey
4 Riolu
3 Lucario
1 Lucario Lv.X

3 Pluspower
4 TV Reporter
1 Holon Adventurer
4 Pokedex Handy
1 Team Galactic's Wager

Strategy: Start off early with Riolu for quick damage. Evolve to Lucario to harass even more while setting up Blissey. Just beat them down as much as possible as fast as possible. Sableye tech to slow down other Blissey decks.

Magmortar/Blissey

Pokemon: 18
4 Magmar MT
3 Magmortar SW
1 Magmortar Lv. X

Strategy: Get a turn 2 Magmortar if possible. Hit for 20 with Magmar turn 1 and hit for 40 turn 2 with Magmortar. Set up Blissey while beating down with Magmortar. Level up to snipe EX's or potential threats on the bench. Burn damage and destroy.

Please let me know what you guys think. I'm sure you've seen decks like these all over the place, but they are good, and they are what I have to work with. Please note any fixes to any of the decks that can improve them. Also, let me know which one you think is the best choice to start of my Cities run. Thanks a lot!

i would go with the Honchkrow/Absol. it made it into top 4 master in my BR..

only change would be -2 cess (u need the body working so murkrow can abuse)

+1 basic dark
+1 pluspower

i agree with loop holes. dark wing duck has made a huge impact on this format and now many other decks are gonna use absol as a starter as well, so watch out for it
