+1 Potion - very needed healing
+4 Rare Candy - alot faster to get out gardevior swarms
+1 Gardevior - 3 out is better than 2, you only need one of the ex out.
+3 Birch - good drawing mech.
+3 Dunsparce - godly first turn fan club

All of the cards I added are a great card to use in this deck.

I think that might work a little bit better for you. The reason I put in 3 of each Gardevoir and Gardevoir Ex isn't so you can get three of each out, but so you have better odds of getting them out in the first place.

Also... what I like to do is use Gardevoir's power to attach energy to benched pokemon or Gardevoir, and use my regular energy attachment on Gardevoir ex so that he's at full health when he's sent in to battle. I know there's no healing... BUT if you play it right you won't neet it. Don't always go for the obvious ko, think it all through and think of the chain (what will happen if you ko their Pokemon... will they just come back and ko you) Many think that Gardevoir needs potion and what ever to help it... but the truth is it doesn't. Try it like this, and don't focus all on one Pokemon, spread out your energy and make sure you have backup for when Gardevoir is koed and you'll be fine without healing.

    Gardy

Id personally go with something like this

    4 Wynaut
    4 Wobbuffet
    4 Ralts
    3 Kirlia
    3 Gardy Ex
    2 Gardy

    4 Rare Candy
    4 Prof Oaks Research
    1 Town Volunteers
    2 Copycat
    2 Oracle
    1 Crystal Shard
    1 Fisherman
    2 Weakness Guard
    2 Pokemon Fan Club
    3 Professor Birch

    13 Pschic
    4 Boost
    1 Warp

I went with 2 Gardy because in all reality it doesnt attack much in this deck and is only used for its power so you will only be needing 1 in a game most of the time. Weakness guard is tech for mirror and other rogue stuff. This deck doesnt need switch all to much because the retreat cost is only 2 on everything but just in case you do need the switch effect, I put in a warp.
