"My Pokemon" account/POP ID recordkeeping question

As you may already know, signing up for a "My Pokemon" account requires part of the POP ID sign-up slip to be mailed to PUI if the signee is under a ceratin age. However, I prefer to keep these sign-up slips for recordkeeping purposes. What could I do to resolve this dilemma?

Make copies?

Put all infomation on to a Microsoft Spredsheet and save it to your conputer?

I mailed one in and I faxed one in for my son last year and to this day he still does not have an account . Should I try , try , try again? I have an account and get pop packs but he does not. He played in the World Championships , I did not. I just need my kid taken care of not me. Hope the third try is the Charm. Strengh Charm FTW

Email PUI Leagues a couple of weeks after sending in the form. That should help.

to C_K, all-in-one printers are not all that expensive. My sister got one earlier this year for less than $70. They all have the copy function. Use it whenever necessary.
