I get to the store at around 9:45 and wait for the store to open. I'm playing Landorus EX/Mewtwo EX/Bouffalant. Once it opens, I ask around if anyone has Landorus EX, but no one does. Once my friend shows up, he tells me I don't actually need 3 Landorus, so I trade for a Mewtwo EX. My friend helps me update my list, and I add a Terrakion. Pairings get posted, and round 1 begins.
Round 1 vs. James L @ Empoleon/Accelgor
I find out I'm against my good friend James, which sucks because one of us is going to start 0-1. I'm also extremely nervous, as he is the definite favorite in this matchup. He starts Mew EX, and I start Mewtwo EX. He retreats to Emolga, then uses call for family. I ultra ball for Bouffalant, attach to Bouffalant, then pass. He doesn't do much on his turn, and I am able to DCE, switch, and catcher to ko his Mew. This put me ahead in the prize race, which is crucial in this matchup. The game goes on, and eventually he has 4 prizes left to my one, but if I get my Mewtwo ko'd, he wins because I won't be able to ko his Empoleon. I juniper, and triple potion. Yes, TRIPLE POTION. This wins me the game, and as time was called, a small crowd had drawn. Nobody could believe it when I dropped the three potion.

Round 2 vs. Javier T @ Blastoise/Keldeo
Going into this matchup, I'm a little nervous knowing Javier is a good player, but this matchup is definitely winnable because Bouffalant can trade 2 shots with Keldeos and one shot Squirtles. Once they load up a huge Keldeo, Mewtwo comes in and KO's them. However, there's not much to say about this game. He got a T2 Blastoise, and was able to use Mewtwo, Keldeo, and SSU to decimate my field of... nothing. I drew into one supporter (Skyla, which didn't help), and one energy the entire game.

Round 3 vs. Johnny @ Hydreigon
At this point, I can try to win out for a chance at top 2. He doesn't get a Hydreigon out the entire game, as I KO his only Deino with Hammerhead. He tried to stall with Sigilyph, but it didn't do much, as I was able to snipe his bench enough where Terrakion could sweep with Land Crush. Pretty convincing victory TBH.

Round 4 vs. Meto @Darkrai/Landorus
I'm really disapointed after looking at the pairings, because I find out I'm downpaired. I know I can't make top 2, but top 4 is still guaranteed if I win this. I can still get 30 points and 4 packs, so it's still ok. This matchup is pretty easy. It's basically Landorus mirror match, but he has a Darkrai slowing him down. Darkrai is ko'd easily by Terrakion, and Landorus also kills it. I take an easy 6-0 victory.

I look at pairings, and I'm 4th, with the lowest resistance of the 3-1's. It was pretty expected though, getting downpaired round 4. I get my 4 packs, and pull literally NOTHING. My best pull was a Melloeta. Afterwards, I hang out a bit, and play some practice games. The store actually closed for masters top 4, so we had to go to Jack-in-the-Box. Side note, there were 4 Juniors, and 3 dropped, so there was a single Junior who won just by being there! I LOL'd.
