After my Durant Mill deck bombed out, I looked at Ross' Deck and it looked interesting, so I'm going to try a little variance on it.
2-2 Donphan Prime HS
3-2-2 Reuniclus BW
3-1-2 Vileplume UD
2 Zekrom BW
1-1 Blissey Prime HS
1-1 SEL UL
2 Pichu HS
1 Cleffa HS
1 Kyurem NV

3 Pokemon Collector
4 Twins
3 Cheren
1 Copycat
3 N
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
2 Seeker

1 Fire Energy
2 Fighting Energy
4 Rainbow Energy
4 DCE

Normal Truth strategy. Hopefully start off with Pichu and set up evolutions. Reuniclus for Damage Swap to heal with Blissey or Outrage with Zekrom. Not running Tropical Beach because I can't get one. Vileplume for Item Lock. I don't know what kind of newer cards should go in this deck. Please help, this is the first time I've attempted this deck!

Why would i need a 2-2 line of SEL? I need Cleffa for bad starts, I don't have Reshiram anymore, and I need my fire if I don't want to hurt my SEL with Rainbow.
 
Tyram will be over played at cites and states and esl wrecks tyram... It damn near becomes an auto win.... If one piece is prized and ur against tyram u might as well scoop.... The 1 damage for the rainbow will be swapped away to zekrom so it's not that big of a deal..... Yes the cleffa is helpful so keep it and don't add the comm.... Also with 2 seeker you should be fine w/I blissy unless you have a huge showing of Ttar in your area, also remember that donphan will be 2hko in your ZPS match and a good player will never play a zek until your phans are long gone so it becomes alot trickier

Where I live, there is no true meta. There is one TyRam, and about 3 MegaJudge. That is really all, so i'm kinda teching around that. Also, no ZPS, thank the lord.

why is donphan 2 shot vs tornadus... you obviously dont know what this deck does so dont give advise about things you know nothing about
 
Dude, Blissey is Essential, anyone who sayd other wise is an idiot.Period. keep a 1-1 SEL line. And stick with REshi, not Kyurem. TRy N
 
But why not the Kyurem over Reshiram because it covers more things that Reshi can't. And I will try N, although I haven't made the deck yet, just trying to make a list first.

there is no point in that just attach 3 energy and 2 shot it...
 
also, take out 1-1 donphan and add a duosion and another sages (i suggest switching to cherens instead of sages)

Since I took out a 1-1 Donphan, should I take out a Fighting energy now since I ran 3 for the last one?
 
i think the list is fine. if u want to take out the 3rd fighting thats fine but what are you replacing it with?

In my list, I play 2 Kyurem and 1 Cobalion to counter Kyurem decks.

I would
- 1-1 Donphan
+1 Kyurem
+1 Cobalion

Also,
-2 Fighting
-1 Fire
+3 Water( In my list, Kyurem is my main attacker, and I just use rainbow for the other attackers, when necessary)

other than that, I would just cut both Zekroms for a second Cleffa( I find 2 needed so if one gets killed, you can still use eeek) and one more Gloom( 2 of these are needed.)

I don't really want to change my main attacker to Kyurem or take out any energy. Don't need more than one Cleffa because once it gets KOd I Twins for everything. No Cobalion either since I can take care of Kyurem somehow.

Also since this is your first time playing the deck, get tons of testing and practice because well there are tons of little misplays with this deck that can lose the game for you
