Does anyone know how much the following cards are now, and how much they will be after the rotation?

Nobody will need those cards at this time since all the tournaments other than Nats and Worlds are over, and people going to big stuff like that should definitely already have such standard deck cards, so they're pretty much worthless uncommons at this point. All of them are most likely to be rotated since they are pre-diamond and pearl. So unless any of them are reprinted, it would be really hard to trade or sell them, especially since little kids that just collect cards usually hate trainer cards and energy cards.
