Ok here it is i need alot of help and please make sure any cards you say i should add need to be from any of the diamond and pearl series.

Stratige
Im not 100% sure of what my stratige sould be but here it is. My stratige is to first stall with exicuteor well i get out my Sceptile then after its out get leafion then lvX then retreet exicutor if its still alive then bring out leafion then because of Sceptiles ability i do defistatingly larg amounts of damage and destroy my oponet.
