BW-on Need Help with Deck for Battle Roads

I'm going to be attending my first ever Battle Roads this sunday and i got two boxes in the mail from Troll and Toad today and got some ok cards, but i tried my best to make a deck with what i pulled and the little i already had and i could use some help to make things a bit better or just general adivce from more experience players.

Rescue Scarf x 1
Tool Scrapper x 1
Max Potion x 2
Float Stone x 2
Catcher x 4
Ultra Ball x 3

Energy:

DBC x 4
Blend Energy GRPD x 2
Water x 10

Clearly not the greatest lineup of stuff i know but its all i could think of with what i had to work with. So just wondering if anyone has any ideas and suggestions as to what i could do to make it a bit better. I can't possibly list all the things i have but i do have a good portion from Plasma Freeze, Boundaries Crossed, and Dragons Exalted since i got boxes of them, and some things here and there from various other sets. I can say for sure i don't have any of the big playable EXs like Landorus, Deoxys, etc.

EDIT:
Tweaked things a bit. Took out the vaporeon and the rescue scarf and added in two pluspowers i found for a little extra power to my attacks.

Took out the espeons and one eevee as well as the two blend energy, added in 2 giant capes, 1 hypnotoic laser, and 2 energy switch instead.

Whoops haha, that was a tiny typo on my part. I only have 2 colress, not 3. but thank you for pointing out my mistake ^^

any suggestions for the deck itself now that the count is where it should be? :3
