Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Nelson Water Gym v. 6.0

As well as preparing my deck, I have been preparing my huge mental list of awesome (and potentially painful if I hit the water wrong) ways of entering the pool...I'd like to thank my vast library of pro wrestling dvd's for the inspiration. I can't really compete with most of the others on the "splash factor" so I will make up for it by doing things that most people there won't do. :)

Be sure to bring your DS with Heart Gold or Soul Silver. The Enigma Stone is being released on Saturday, and we have wi-fi! (With the Enigma Stone, you can catch Latios or Latias and get the Soul Dew item.)

i've got no idea what the address is and i need to know very soon. could someone tell me please? i pm'ed pokemathter but i have not got a reply yet. and its tomorrow 0.o

Does anyone have a top half of Entei Suicine I could borrow? My girlfriend was going to lend me hers but forgot it. Thanks very much to anyone who can help.

Whew! The 6th Annual Nelson Water Gym rocked! We had 65 players, the most ever! The Masters had a Top 8.

Winners of the coveted Sudowoodo Trophy are:

Masters: Michael C.
Seniors: Steven R.
Juniors: Ian W.

And the even more coveted Janice Cup goes to:

Gregory R.

Our players raised over $218 for the Cason Terjeson Scholarship Fund, which we will match for a total of $436! Wow and thanks everyone!

Yessss! This year's drought is over. Thank you Nelson's for putting up another great event this summer. Hopefully next year would be better.

Props to Paul Johnston for getting 2nd using my deck.

First of all, this as always was the BEST tournament of the year. Everyone else can have worlds, or nats, or any other tournament for that matter...if I was allowed to attend only 1 tourney a year, I'd pick the Water Gym, and this year's was the best yet. I look like I was in a shin-kicking contest w/ someone and lost, but I'll take the bruises from jumping in the pool each year if it means that I can finish in the Top 4.

PROPS:
The Nelson's for opening their home for this tournament!
Everyone that showed up!
All the money that was raised!
Me for actually making top 4!
The awesomely tasty food!
The most epicly epic game of Mario Party 3 EVER!
and other stuff I can't remember...

SLOPS:
That blasted N64 that tried at every turn to cause me to lose said game of Mario Party 3!

I can't wait until next year's Water Gym!

Congrats on making top 4 you had a ery tough deck. Cant believe you came back to beat me after I took my second prize on T3. Good job.

Thanks everyone. This was the best one so far! And having Nick show up was really cool!

We do have a couple of left behind items:
A brown towel and a yellow zip up hoodie

If either belongs to you let us know and we will be sure to have it at the appropriate prerelease.

Looks like the carnitas tacos I brought weren't as much of a hit this year as the Kahlua pork was last year. The food actually took more work to perfect than the deck I ran to get into top 8. *sigh*

And yes, I consider bringing an epic dish to the potluck just as important as doing well in the tournament.

Either way I had a great time. I got to face both raichu and bds during the tournament, a complete rarity because they never play when I'm around. Then I got clobbered by my brother in top 8, ugh. Who the heck puts healing in their donphan deck seriously?
