Did you get the idea for Alakazam's ability from Smeargle? If so, I think that's smart becasue bringing out a similar attack with more chances, yet making it a stage 2, makes it interesting. Oh, and it's a "one time" thing, but that can easily be reversed with devolution spary. Nice work!

Also, I see you also did something similar with Tyranitar. Rayquaza's attack Celestial Roar is almost identical to this. 1. Tyranitar is stage 2, rayquaza is a basic, and it is a one time thing. (again, devolution spary) otherwise, they seem pretty similar. I really like it, and nice job!!!!

I think a cooler name for Alakazam's attack would be Mind Burn. But that's just me, I guess.

T-tar on the other hand has an Ability and 2 attacks. There's no card with more than 1 attack if there's an ability.

And the Ability should be worded like this

When you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, reveal the top cards of your deck. Attach as many Energy Cards you reveal, in this way to any of you Pokémon, anyway you like.
