Since there is no strategy with the list I'll try and guess what you are attempthing...

It seems you are wanting to use Cacturne (CG) early on to spread damage around for a Flygon Ex d to follow up and sweep. If that is the case you want to focus on getting that set up as fast as possible. Drop the Chingling for 1/1 Cacnea/Cacturne and a 1/1 Fearow line to help with setting up. With the removal of Chingling you will want to max out Holon Mentor so drop the 2 Super Scoop Up. You might also consider replacing the Mr. Stone's and 2 Plus Power with 2 Castaway and a Strength Charm. I would even your energy out a little bit by going either 4 dRE, 6 Psychic, and 4 Fighting. Or you could use a couple Multi Energy in place of Psychic and make sure those are the energy you choose to pick up when you drop a Castform for energy.
