i've been thinking about the fighting thing, i like dugtrio cg, forces a sniper deck to hit active. i think medicham ex would have gone really nicly in this deck for some reason, damn you rotation *shakes fist*

okay, i'm gonna list good cards to use for fighting weakness:
medicham cg

graveller mt
claydol ex pk
cacturn d cg
groudon ex cg (would be interesting, but you'd need leafeon really ): )

From own experience on Apprentice Eeveelution is hurt by a second assistance line. Just fuel Leafeon to enable it to knock out Blissey and Vire. Who cares about weakness benefits when you can dish out ohko's without a need to utilize weakness?

you must be pationate about this, you wrote it twice!!!

okay, i'm pretty conviced about not needing leaf in the deck, simply because he seems to run himself, that's my reason.

all you gota think is about what decks we wanna ko, so popular ones;
empoleon
ape
kricket
mario
gatr
blissey
magmortar

so for these decks you need;
jolteon
glaceon/vaporeon
flareon
espeon
jolteon
fighting backup
glaceon/vaporeon

atm i'm not seeing vaporeon as beeing any good, so he's dropped, leafeon isn't weakness killing anything, and with blissey we definatly need something to ko it easily, or use which ones we got to take him out, but it'll be hard.

as i see it, you need castform because of the different types needed, propably multi as well.
if we think about the world championships evvelutions, it played pidgeot to speed it up.

2 propositions;

needoqueen d is a very close reletive to the card, and with the excessive amounts of eevee's, you'll be discarding some for things like tvr, so revenge comes in.

ledian d; yeah, okay, it's a bit rubbish, but it does do quick search, and i would definatly play 4 SSU in an eevee deck with so many evolutions to go through. so it's definatly a possibility.

as for bliss, a good idea would be sabley cg, because of the disable tactic. that should weaken them enough while they power a benched one to switch, and it means that you can see the top card of your deck! yay, useful.

I think Eeveevolutions is good with the rotated Swoop! but really... having 2 or 3 Eeveevolutions on the field? (And charged without the Leaf X?)

i've been testing it, it goes pretty smooth with ledian d. if you get cut short for energy, or look like you're going to, espeon attacks, and move a dre/castform to a benched glaceon, retreat/die then level up get some glaceon going on.

i've sorted the blissey problem, i think;
espeon *
he does exactly the same damage as blissey with 3 energy, as explained above, when you need, espeon attacks, get a casty to espeon* and next turn attach to the espeon*, and blissey id confused!

okay, i've been testing leafeon, it is very good. but it's one of those 'i don't have to think' decks. i don't like that, i stick to what i said, it's it's own deck, i'm thinking dellcatty/magneton or dellcatty.blaziken have a new home, but it isn't the evve play i don't think.

Not in case there is Espeon on the bench unless Plus Power or Strength Charm is used. However one can hit back with another one or have Jolteon active and ohko the Apes. Leafon would be there to fuel Jolteon in this case and Ape takes more time to set up than the Eevelutions.

Emmmm anyone who does 50 for 3 does the same damage of Blissey... ITS STANDARD! But Bliss its better cause:

- Charge itself.
- Attack with minimal energy.

It's too early to talk about Eeveevolutions... focus in the current metagame...

no no no. espeon is damage for each of the opponents energy, so it's a basic, needs 2 more energy than blissey to execute an attack, but wil do exactly the same, no wait, 10 more damage to the opponents blissey. so it could potentially ko them.

What are you talking about?

Espeon L.44 – Psychic – HP80
[P][C][C] Morning Sun: 60 damage. You may move an Energy attached to Espeon to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.

When you finish charging Espeon (And without Leaf X, or other charger...) Blissey kills you :/ and beware of Cessation... otherwise you stuck with 80 HP...

Blissey = 130 HP. 3HKO or 2H + Pluspower/Charm...
 
Hi Ikari,

Guess he ment Espeon star. That would be a basic which deals damage depending on the energy attached to the defending Pokémon. Still not a great tech card. Simply have the new regular Espeon as a bench warmer and hit with the charged Leafeon Lv.X.

A $(I dont know how much) card to destroy Bliss... and wow! only 1 in the deck, pretty efective... :tongue: Dark Umbreon, you has the right...
