New Set before regionals??

I checked the O.P site and it looks like Regionals in on April 12 this year. Not bad, I can live with that. My question is:
Will there be a new set coming out before Regionals and will it be legal for Regionals?

I am very sorry I just read someone else’s post about the same question I had. He claims a new set is due in March, is that correct?

The release of new sets generally follows a pattern. The releases for this year are usually within a week or two of last years releases.
