New York: Psylum is reborn and reclaiming it’s stake in the world of hobby entertainment new-media. We organize the Internet into useful chunks for the hobby enthusiast. As the original owners of the site and trademark of the PokéGym[sup]TM[/sup], among others, we created focused Internet communities which catered to specific interests, whether Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering or other collectible card games (CCG's) or comic books. We created sanctuaries on the Wild Wild Web populated by useful information, insightful opinion, and topnotch writing from the best writers and authorities in their field. Now we have reincorporated and as a first step to reestablishing our dominance of the hobby industry, we are asserting our ownership rights to the PokéGym[sup]TM[/sup].
You may have noticed that Team Compendium’s name was removed from the site banner this past week. That was the first step. We now complete the transfer of the property with the placement of Psylum’s logo onto the title banner.
We wish to thank the members of Team Compendium and the Moderators for watching over our property these past few years and have extended a welcome to them to remain on staff in service of the site. Some of them are considering this option while some have departed. They will be missed. You will find many changes cropping up over the next few weeks and months as we expand to host sister sites for other popular games such as “Yu-Gi-Oh”, “Magic: the Gathering”, and “Are you a Werewolf?”
We will be hiring staff for these sites shortly, so keep on the lookout for opportunities.
