NMSCIZOR a fraud?

i have the same problem that jason had for NMScizor. I think we might have a fraud on our hands, and in the boards. I payed from shipping on some badges and promo cards, for my league that he "gratiouly donated" and have not recived them yet.

as of now, i would tell everybody to be causious when dealing with thim
