Non-foil Eevee (Wizards promo #11)

A while back there were two cards given out as Railway promos in Japan. They were the promo Eevee and a promo Mewtwo. They were both in English and looked the same as the normal ones that were given out.(They even had the Wizards copyright on the bottum) The only differance was that the Eevee was non-foil.
Any idea how mutch the Eevee is worth? Here are some pictures of it for refarence.(I know that my camera sucks)

I would say between 50-100. Only because it is really rare, or if it isnt, I havent seen all that many. I had at 2 different points 1, but traded both away eventually, or I sold them. I cant remember. The other card was the Chris Rush Art for Mewtwo from NP. They were given out together.

Thanks for the help TheDarkTwins. I guessed it was around that price.
The guy I got it from had the Mewtwo as well but I didn't get it.
