Some things to clear up:
There was some confusion about when you do and do not have to say how much damage you are doing. If your attack isn't going to KO a Pokemon, you must say how much damage you are doing; if your attack is going to KO a Pokemon, you must say how much damage you are doing. Any questions?

How long do you have after you say "Psychic Cut" to announce the number of Prize Cards you will be flipping? Or should you announce how many before you say "Psychic Cut"? Such as, "I will now flip 3 Prize Cards with Psychic Cut."

Honestly, I prefer Fox's version--clearly state if you will be flipping AND how many before a prize card is even touched. The default should be "Psychic Cut for 60" which handles the "you may" part of the attack nicely, I think.

This is an example of bribery as defined in Tournament Rules:
If the judge thinks you were just playing, maybe you'll slide with unsporting conduct: major (game loss in T2), but you could end up trying to talk yourself out of disqualification under Penalty Guidelines 7.6.4. Cheating .

I was just kidding around. I never rly expected him to concede to me, nor did I offer a bribe. I was just losing REALLY badly and was joking around with him. Didn't realize that it could be a warning for doing that. :redface:

What totoro said, announce it before you even touch a prize. It is because people are saying "for KO" instead of the damage which is making this look so confusing. No one should be saying "Psychic Cut, your turn" or "Psychic Cut for KO". People should be saying "Psychic Cut for 50/60" or "Psychic Cut flipping 3 prizes doing 100 after weakness"
