I think it might be underpowered as an ace spec, but overpowered as a supporter. A deck could easily force the opponent to take 10 prizes. Really cool idea though.

N's Compromise could lead to a very interesting metagame as forcing the opponent to take 7 to 10 prizes to win a game is insane. However, this card is pretty much pointless if the opponent has Pokemon Catcher to knock you out with. Thanks, you just gave them their best card with little to no work needed.

To prevent desufnoc's sableye scenario, you could add a "put this card in the Lost Zone instead of discarding it after using it" phrase.

To prevent desufnoc's sableye scenario, you could add a "put this card in the Lost Zone instead of discarding it after using it" phrase.

It prevents itself in the card text.
