Origins Reimbursement

If I buy a badge for Origins, and I win a States in March, will PUI reimburse me?

edit: I wasn't around last year, in fact I only picked up the game march of '05, so I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to things like this.

They did that last year for players, so there is no reason to think they wouldn't this year.
