If you play Palkia put at least one or two stadiums in your deck.

question, palkia is for what? i like the idea though, maybe tech it with a 1-1-1 or 2-1-2 line of Blastoise SW

Palkia LvX has an amazing power that lets you Double Gust every turn.

I would do the trainers like this:
    3 Great Ball
    3 Master Ball
    3 Dusk Ball
    1 Premier Ball
    4 Prof. Birch
    3 Steven's Advice
    3 Super Scoop Up
    3 Rare Candy

And take out the boosts for water. Pelipper counts energy cards, and 'kiss gets basic energy.

    -2 Bill's Maintenance
    +2 Roseanne's Research

Roseanne's Research helps you have energy in your hand for Pelipper's Guzzle, which is really nice early game

i dont really like the palkia in here, i think its kind of random and will mess with consistancy.

Palkia my seem random, but I don't think it's bad. It has a decent Pokepower and serves as a late game attacker. It won't be hard to power it up via Togekiss, and during late game, you'll get two attacks out of it most likely because not too many Pokemon can do 120 damage end game. You get 2 Hydro Reflects off for a KO then swicth energy to a Pelipper. When Palkia is KO'd, you bring up the Pelipper to do at minimum 90, but more likely 120. This is in theory becuase I haven't tried it out. All I can say is this deck needs another attacker.

now that you mention it, and i think about it, its not a bad idea. thats a good strategy.

a blastoise line would serve well if i have already used my togekiss' with scoop up i see what you mean
    i will consider it
