The attacks of the Pokemon this card is attached to do 20 less damage to all Defending Pokemon (before applying Weakness and Resistance) (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance to Benched Pokemon.)

When this card is removed from a Pokemon for any reason, such as your opponent sneezed it off the table, put this card on its owner's discard pile.

Now, this could very well be a shop. But if it's not, it's probably a joke text that was accidentally printed. I must have them before it's fixed!
