Can Hypnotoxic Laser be played if the defending Pokemon is asleep and affected by toxic/triple/quadruple poison? Or does the game not differentiate between the different types of poison and Hypnotoxic Laser cannot be played because the defending Pokemon is already asleep and poisoned (even though it is not "regular" poisoned)?
