Does anyone know any reliable sites that do custom playmats? I was hoping for a site where I could send them an image and they screen print it on a mat. I was thinking of making a marvel mat. Or if any has solid instructions of how I could do it myself on a blank mat, that'd be great. I'm looking to do/have art work covering the entire mat not just the center, so a tshirt iron on transfer wont work.

I believe Kinkos does that. You just bring in the image sized to where it would fit on a mat and have it downloaded to a flash drive I believe, and the white playmat and they'll print it onto it. Not sure if all Kinkos stores do this, but this is what people have told me they did for their custom mats.

Is that for full mat sized images though?

If the image fits the full size of the mat, yes.

Porygon, would you mind sharing where you ordered the mats from? I'm trying to find a decent site for some mats, as well.

you can get them for about eight dollars each on ebay pretty easily.

Got mine HERE. It seems to be the cheapest, but shipping might run you over a tad. If you are only getting one, I'd go ahead and get them from Ebay.

I called my local Kinkos and they said no go. Most kinkos don't have any in store printing equipment.
