Well, reduce the number of evo lines in the deck and take out some energy to make room for more trainers.

I don't see using fossil zappy, unless the main point of the deck is to kill them on the bench, or you have some defenders to use. One metal energy doesn't cut it. Actually, I don't personally see the use of any zapdoses in your deck. You might want to drop your base charmander for rocket series charmander, and drop both zapdoses and a plus power for another charmander, charmeleon, and Expedition Charizard. If you're willing to take a risk on a coin flip, I would try Bill's teleporter instead of Bill. Now with both of your Zapdoses dropped, I say drop the electric energies for these things:
8 fire energies
1 dark energy
1 steel energy
either 2 energy stadiums or 2 energy restores
zapdos was just cutting 14 spaces in your deck for 2 pokemon where energies for it could only really be used on a few pokemon.
