Please, there are no pokemon leagues near me

Hi , are there any pokemon proffesors that would help me get some of the pokemon promos that i miss. there are like no leagues near me and i am a huge fan of pokemon!!! i love all the promos and i cant get any! PLease!!

BTW The only Promos I have are Kyroge Ex & Groudon Ex, I already have them so if you want I'll let you have them for about $6.00 bucks.
