The idea is good. I was looking at something similar. One
problem is that you have a lot of weakness to psychic
and there will probably be a lot of purple decks
out there. I would suggest dropping weezing then
add illumise and volbeat. They work in a similar way, but
only need one energy, aren't weak to purple and
can do 20/40/80 in the second attack if your
    opponent has weakness(gardevoir ex maybe).
I would also think about adding fastball to find
evolutions and would add another copycat.

Hmm, I like Illumise and Volbeat, but I like how Weezing hits the bench as well.

Both arbok and cacturn take quite a few turns to power up. I think it's better to drop the ekans line (if you insist on using weezing) and use seviper for some fast poisoning. Seviper can give you some defense against the powerful pokemon-ex. Feint attack with boost energy can give your opponent a surprise, especially after weezing has damaged your opponent's bench, you can ko all 50hp basics that evolve.

Don't forget mirage stadium can sometimes prevent your opponent from retreating. You don't have any pokemon that do big damage. Strength charm can help.
