Well, it's been a very interesting start to the Fantasy Football season. Let's start with the standings:
    1. Gridiron Greats-------2-0-0-----339.92
    2. BLiZzArD--------------2-0-0-----273.85
    3. T-Tar-----------------2-0-0-----272.95
    4. Ruiner----------------1-1-0-----324.45
    5. Plusle and Minun------1-1-0-----274.73
    6. The Moonanites--------1-1-0-----256.05
    7. Xatu------------------1-1-0-----239.74
    8. Play To Win The Game--0-2-0-----271.77
    9. The Indian------------0-2-0-----241.95
    10. Lovie's Firm Armpits-0-2-0-----208.42

Very good so far, and only one truly inactive member according to Yahoo (hinduplaya), but he checked into the beginning of season topic, so that's not even really inactive. Much better than previous years.

You can't really say that much this early, so discuss.

Oh, and thank you to the people who took the only two halfway-decent QB's left in the free agent pool. Now I'm stuck with a choice between Alex Smith, Steve McNair, or Joey Harrington:eek: as a second QB.
(P.S. Things like this are why I don't like having 2 QB's/DST. But whatever.)

Mine is a team that looks great on paper, then just underperforms every week. Seriously. I thought I'd win this week, then I face that tremendous Cincy game. Plus, two of my most important players are New Orleans, and they've been sucking worse than anything I've ever seen from a conference championship contender...

Looks great on paper? I don't know what team YOUR looking at.

Bulger is Jekyll and Hyde and Plaxico is all Dependant on Poor Lil Eli. Willie is good, as is the CHI D. Otherwise, your team is awful. So, under performing is FAR from it.

On my note. I'm just hoping Favre doesn't have those games like last year. If it keeps up. My AutoDraft team will ACTUALLY be decent :D

Smith would be a good 2nd QB.

I'm still loving Palmers 55 this week.

Yeah I felt pretty fortunate to win this last week while facing Palmer. Hey I don't think anyone can complain about their QB situation as much as me =P I have Leinart, Tarvaris Jackson, and the NYJ QBs to choose from for BOTH of mine. Leinart is decent yeah, but those next 3, yikes, look out -_-. Oh well can't complain too loudly when I've scored amazingly well the first two weeks. If my RBs ever start producing, I could have a scary team.

When were you drafting your QBs? Mid-Late draft?

I dunno when my QBs were drafted, I had to just rank my players and let auto draft go cause I ended up not making it to the draft. But I purposely ranked lots of WRs and RBs high and just a few QBs. My experience has been top notch WRs and solid RBs with weak QBs is the best combo to big scores. So I chose to run those QBs cause I have LT/Maroney/Barber as my backs and Smith/Owens/Welker/Marshall/Coles as WRs.

Week 3 is over, and while I won't post updated standings now (I'm planning on doing it every two weeks hopefully), I just have one reminder going into Week 4:

If you start players on a bye week, I will assume you are inactive and consider replacing you!Again, I'm planning on questioning after one week of inactivity, and possibly replacing with alternates after three weeks. This is not meant to be a threat, but just a reminder. If you have a good reason for not playing someone in a position (like how Rex Grossman lost someone a game by himself on Monday night last year), it would be better to just leave the spot empty (which has to be deliberate, either through a roster change or release/trade). If you simply post that you're active, you'll be fine as well.

On a side note, if you're going on a vacation and won't have Internet, you can send me a list of starting lineups and I'll set them for you (and I'll even be nice and change them if an injury occurs).
