This card would basically function as support for Pokemon with split evolution lines like Poliwag, where you could evolve it, move the Poliwag, then evolve again, ideally with support from rare candy so you're not limited to 4 of a combination of each stage 2 of that line in the game. It could also lend some pace to stage 2 decks in general, which they really need right now.
