If you have it registered from that long ago, and it was registered in the old pokemon-tcg domain, then you should be able to use it without a PIN.
 
I think i have provided the wrong email address in my account and now i can't receive the activation email. I need your help!
 
I entered my kids online codes into the trainer but they don't show up in the online game. How do I get this done without the cards?
