Pokemon Online TCG Problems.

I have been having a problem with TCG online game, i have 2 main problems my First problem is that i can not join chat rooms - Thus making it so i can not trade with other people:nonono:
My Second problem is i can not type in the main chat I can only click the things that let me say things already typed out such as "I am looking for trades" Etc,
If you can help me out it would be much appreciated!
