You want rogue? Here's a rogue for E-on. If I had 2 more Poliwag and one more Oak's Research, I could actually build this one.

Pokemon (18):
4 Poliwag (SK)
3 Poliwhirl (SK)
2 Politoed (SK)
4 Rhyhorn (SK)
3 Rhydon (SK)
2 Articuno (SK)

Trainers (24):
3 Copycat
3 Professor Oak's Research
2 Oracle
3 Switch
1 Town Volunteers
3 Rare Candy
3 Moo-Moo Milk
3 Juggler
3 Energy Switch

Energy (18):
10 Water Energy
5 Fighting Energy
3 Boost Energy

Strategy: Believe it or not, the idea for this deck came from the Articuno. I looked through my Skyridge cards, and came across Politoed. So Politoed became the focus, and Articuno got splashed in. The Rhydon line covers my Electric Weakness, as well as being powerful on its own.

Well I wish I knew what the sandstorm cards did so I could understand your deck better but the most I can say now is, Looks Good. The number's between pokemon, trainer's and energie's seem to be placed well.

Thing is, if I made the deck mono-colored, a single Water-Resistant Grass-type could completely foul me up, as could any decent Electric-type. Besides, even for its most powerful attack, Rhydon only needs 2 (F) Energy (although it also needs 3 additional Energy...).

okay, I get what you're saying now. Oh Ya, I read your deck building tips. VERY HELPFUL (it took me a while to read though)!
