Professor Turo's Scenario with Radiant Greninja

If I use Professor Turo's Scenario with Radiant Greninja (or any Basic Pokemon that has a "once during your turn" wording in the ability, like Comfy), can I use the ability a second time?
Pokemon like Squawkabilly EX have wording like "You can't use more than 1 Squawk and Seize Ability during your turn", which is an obvious no to this question. The closest ruling I could find for that is using scoop up on Crobat V's "Dark Asset" Ability, so it is safe to assume that is the exact same here. But what about pokemon like Radiant Greninja, Comfy, Miraidon EX, etc.?

Yes. The "use once per turn" refers to the individual Pokemon in play.
Once you take it out of play and play it again, the game considers it a new Pokemon. Even Radiant Greninja which the game knows you can only have one copy of the card, it considers it a different Pokemon when it is played again and you can use the once per turn ability again.
