The Seattle offices of Pokémon USA, Inc. are moving on Friday, April 4, 2008. The customer service email accounts (___@go-pokemon.com) and the www.go-pokemon.com website will remain unaffected during this transition. However, phone lines and email delivery to non-customer service accounts will be disrupted during the move. We anticipate these issues to be resolved no later than Tuesday, April 8, 2008.

    Our new address will be:

    Pokémon USA, Inc.
    333 108th Ave NE
    Suite 1900
    Bellevue, WA 98004

Existing phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. If you've got a number or email address for someone at the PUI Seattle office, you'll be able to continue to use that number in the future.

Mail forwarding has already been set up, so anything that is already in transit will arrive at the new address. Starting tomorrow, anything being mailed directly to the office should be sent to the new address.

So did they have offices in Seattle AND Bellevue before? Because I know they already had offices in Bellevue.

Aren't they pretty much the same? I mean, nobody knows where Rosemont is, but if you were to ask where Wizard World in the Midwest was held, everybody would say "Chicago", even though it's actually in the Donald E. Stephens Center in Rosemont...

Bellevue is part of the Greater Seattle area. (Considered part of the 'Eastside', with other cities such as Kirkland & Redmond.) There's about a 1-1/2 mile (520) floating bridge bridge, as well as the I-90 bridge that connects Bellevue-Seattle otherwise you have to drive around Lake Washington.

Seattle is something like the 37th largest city in the US, but the 7th largest metropolitan area - basically it got hemmed in by what are now its suburbs, before it gobbled up land...it couldn't expand.

That sums up today's geography lesson.

Huh ... so they moved down the street from 777 to 333 (so I guess PUI is no longer an addict to gambling? ) . So I guess that the move also slowed down exchanges for damaged cards as well?

Hey... The Bellevue address's been on the booster packs for ages! Unless they switched the address before they moved...

Everything is in the new office, and most of our stuff is unpacked. There may be a slight delay in product replacement as mail carriers catch up, but I can't imagine it will be very long. Also, it appears that all the phone lines, email addresses, etc. are back up and running as normal.

    Thanks for your patience.
