Well, every set from Base through Skyridge. :p I believe EX: R/S is still on the press, as it's relatively new, but to the best of my knowledge, all WotC sets (through Skyridge, inclusive), are done.
 
Remember, "Out of Print" does not mean you cannot buy the cards. Print runs of card sets generally do not take too long. Popular sets may be reprinted several times. At some point the company producing the cards decides that they have enough stock to meet the demand and they print no more. Technically, that is the point that the cards are "Out of Print". However, at that point, there may still be hundreds of cases sitting in warehouses. Even today, the only cards that are almost impossible to find are Base set 1st Editions.
