Rare is anything that has a "star" rarity.
If it's a Promo exclusive card... it's allowed (i.e. it doesn't have a counterpart in a set).

Just won 2-0 vs Angry Brother. Everyone, make sure you don't accidently put an Ace spec into your deck, as they are considered rares.
